Yes, mouth taping is totally safe. Our collagen-infused tape is made for overnight use with breathable, skin-safe adhesive. That said, we don’t recommend it if you’re congested or have trouble breathing through your nose. As long as nasal breathing feels easy and natural, you’re good to go!

Everyone's skin is different, so we always recommend patch testing if you are sensitive to adhesives, but our mouth tape is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and PFAS-free.

Some customers notice a slight natural or “earthy” scent when opening the package. This is normal and comes from the natural ingredients in our adhesive, not from mold or contamination.

We do not use artificial fragrances, masking agents, latex, or PFAS. Because of that, the tape may smell different from products made with synthetic adhesives or added perfumes.

Apply your favorite hydrating serum or moisturizer to clean skin, then place the silicone forehead or under eye masks over the area. Leave them on overnight or for at least 30 minutes. Rinse with gentle soap and air dry after use. Each mask lasts 10–15 uses with proper care.

It’s optional, but highly recommended. The silicone masks create a semi-occlusive barrier that helps your serums absorb more effectively and keeps skin hydrated longer.
