Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link within 48 hours so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

Shipping Protection

We offer shipping protection through our Checkout+ option at checkout. Protected orders are eligible for a satisfaction guarantee — if something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly through the customer support portal.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at snooze@uglysleepclub.com or submit a request though our customer support portal and we'll work to make it right. We want you to get what you ordered, no runaround.
