Refund & Return Policy

At Ugly Sleep Club, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Because our items are personal-use products, we can only accept returns in limited cases. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and only for orders shipped within the United States.
  • To confirm eligibility, please contact us before sending any item back.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at zzz@uglysleepclub.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return instructions if approved.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them back using the provided return instructions.

3. Refund & Exchange Options

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please Note: Refunds do not include original shipping costs, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or order error.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zzz@uglysleepclub.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.


6. Return Shipping & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
