1. Returns Eligibility
- Our return policy applies to all purchases made directly from Ugly Sleep Club.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process returns or refunds.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Please ensure the item is in its original, sealed condition.
- If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before sending it back!
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at zzz@uglysleepclub.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return instructions if approved.
- Securely package the item(s) and ship them back using the provided return instructions.
3. Refund & Exchange Options
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
🚨 Please Note: Refunds do not include original shipping costs, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or order error.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used mouth tape products (for hygiene reasons).
- Final sale or clearance items (these cannot be returned or exchanged).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at team@uglysleepclub.com with:

✅ A photo of the item showing the issue
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.
6. Return Shipping & Processing
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
